I have had a love and curiosity for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up loving the herding dogs for their intelligence, loyalty, loving temperament and have been obedience training them for over 35 years.
When I came to ABOTC as a student I soon found a shared love for our dogs and training. There is a very special bond you gain with your dog when you train them and we all share that with our dogs each week. It is a pleasure to work with so many different breeds of dogs, get to know their handlers and their dogs. I instructed for 12 years the Intermediate classes at ABOTC
My current dog has earned her complete elements Novice and Advanced (so far) titles with UKC Nosework.
Currently I am doing the ABOTC Canine Good Citizenship program for which I do the evaluating of the students. This program is done twice a year in the Spring and Fall. This program is your dog’s first AKC title, plus establishes them as good canine citizens.
