Location Flag Pole Hill at White Rock Lake is located at Northwest Highway and Buckner Boulevard (Loop 12).  Buckner Blvd. ends at Northwest Hwy. and Doran Circle continues north from Buckner into the park.  We are located outdoors, in front of the Athletic Building at White Rock Trail and Doran Circle.  Wednesdays: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
